Temporary slowdown of FiMVS PRD occurred on 22 Apr 2020

Today there was a performance peak in FiMVS, which lead to increased response times (starting from about 13:00).

End users may have experienced problems reaching the NMVS. Arvato is now investigating the root cause, we will inform you more if necessary.

The system should now be available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
